While nutrients are an important part of nourishment, I believe it’s so much more than that. My nutrition philosophy goes beyond food and incorporates lifestyle strategies to reduce stress, incorporate joy, and live an abundant life. I work with women in their 40s and 50s to achieve their health and fitness goals using an integrative approach to nutrition.
I help women over 40 navigate their unique challenges and achieve a well-nourished body, mind, and life. I believe that nature provides us with almost everything we need to feel good, stay healthy, and prevent age-related disease. By connecting to our ancestral roots while still staying present in our modern world, we can bring our whole bodies back into balance.
Nourish your body with the fuel it needs to perform it's best.
Develop a positive and abundance mindset toward yourself and others.
Address the importance of sleep and how to improve your sleep quality.
Understand the effects of stress and implement strategies to reduce it.
Establish a balance between your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
Identify, acknowledge and honor your life's purpose by doing what brings you joy.
Move your body often, and the way that nature intended.
Establish a deeper connection with your natural self and surroundings.
I am a holistic health counselor, integrative nutrition coach and your biggest advocate. I’ve personally struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food, body image issues, and unhealthy habits. I’ve been there! I have a strong desire to implement a nutrition strategy that is backed by the most recent scientific research. I won’t recommend anything to anyone unless I have done my research first – that also likely means that I’ve also tried it.
I’ve been evolving my coaching approach since I opened my practice in 2012 and since then have helped clients of all ages with achieving their health and fitness goals. These days, I help women in their 40s and 50s nourish every aspect of their being so that they can become the best, healthiest and most confident versions of themselves.
